Pricing

Ages 0–25: $40/month*

Ages 26–44: $85/month

Ages 45–64: $100/month

Ages 65+: $125/month

*$20 per child with 1 adult member

$200/month

Includes two adults and two children up to age 25

Additional children: +$10/month per child up to age 25

Example:
A family of two adults and three children = $210/month

Full month membership is due at time of enrollment for immediate benefits.

Cancel at anytime to end membership at the end of the current month.

Re-enrollment fee of $400 if cancel and decide to re-enroll in future.
